  • What’s included in the price?

    ABAITA is an all-inclusive rental:

  • When is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in starts at 16:00. 

    Check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. 


    You'll receive a personal door code shortly before arrival — it’s valid only during your stay and activates/deactivates automatically.

  • Is there parking at the house? And what about an electric car?

    Yes. There is a private parking space for up to two cars directly in front of the house. 


    ABAITA also has a private EV charging station. Let us know in advance, and we’ll prepare the RFID chip for you. It will be waiting inside the house next to the entrance.


  • How good is the Wi-Fi? Is it stable and strong enough for remote working?

    Very good. 

    ABAITA has high-speed 150 Mbps fibre-optic internet, with extenders throughout the house and garden to ensure strong coverage — even in the upstairs lounge and on the terrace. 


    ABAITA was also designed with a dedicated workspace upstairs with a desk and a field view. The strong Wi-Fi makes working from any area — including the garden — comfortable. 

  • Where exactly is ABAITA located?

    ABAITA is in Zerpenschleuse, about 40–50 minutes north of Berlin by car.

    It's part of a holiday community near a marina, fields, forests, and the Schorfheide biosphere reserve.
