ABAITA Ferienhaus – Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the booking, use, and stay at ABAITA Ferienhaus, operated by ABAITA GbR ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to these terms.


1. Booking & Payment

  • Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email after completing the reservation and payment process.
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.


3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the day of arrival
  • Check-out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.


4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the house.
  • No parties or events unless approved in writing.
  • Registered guests only unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (22:00–7:00).


5. Pets

  • Pets are welcome but must be declared in advance. A pet cleaning fee applies.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.


6. Damages and Security

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.
  • We reserve the right to charge for necessary repairs or extra cleaning beyond normal use.


7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
  • The use of the property and its amenities is at your own risk.


8. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.


9. Data Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
