The house reveals itself slowly to those who are willing to really live it.

Arrive at your own pace. No coordination needed. Your code arrives the day before.

✗ No smoking indoors

Smoking is permitted only in the garden.

✗ Maximum 4 guests

The house is designed and priced for up to 4 people. We also have an extra sofa bed for unexpected guests. If you need to and are having a spontaneous guest, please contact us. Bedsheets and towels for an extra guest might be charged separately.

✗ No parties or events

ABAITA is a home for rest. Please treat it as your own.

✗ Quiet hours after 22:00

The Hafendorf is a residential village. Please be considerate of neighbors.
