Confirmation email.

You will shortly receive a confirmation email with your reservation summary and booking details.

Closer to your arrival, you will also receive access to your personal digital guest guide, which includes everything relevant to your stay.

Step 2

Your personal door code.

The day before arrival, you will receive your personal access code for the house.

It activates automatically during your stay and expires after check-out.

Check-in from 16:00

Self-check-in via personal door code.

Your access code is sent the day before arrival and activates automatically during your stay.

Early check-in on request

Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate early arrival requests. Please contact us in advance.

Check-out by 10:00

No formal check-out required.

Simply close the house and lock it using the keypad before departure.

Late check-out on request

Late check-out depends on the following booking schedule. Contact us and we will confirm what is possible.

Flexible cancellation.

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

For any questions or reservation changes, simply contact us directly.

About your invoice.

Under our cancellation policy, invoices are issued 30 days before arrival.

Your booking confirmation email already serves as proof of reservation until the invoice is generated.
